A development opportunity for someone to work in the OSP Residential team as an OSP Operations Manager from January - June 2025. 

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Setting up our partners for success in all aspects of performance across various lines of business

  • Representing E.ON Next on Weekly Business Reviews and other formal performance review meetings

  • Point of contact for all Partner related queries

Are we the perfect match?

  • Previous experience of managing people

  • Highly motivated. This job requires a level of working without instruction and taking ownership of how to make it work for you and the team.

  • Being comfortable working with and dealing with third parties

  • Ability to travel (being a driver not essential)

It would be great if you had:

  • Enjoy linking in with lots of different areas and able to manage expectations across all.

  • Analytical and enjoys numbers

  • Has a basic level of skill in Excel / google sheets
