About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager who will ensure Filta’s day-to-day operations run smoothly across multiple teams and regions. This involves managing the Experience Team and driving operational efficiency through collaboration and communication across our organization. The Operations Manager will create and manage workflows, coordinate resources, and resolve operational challenges to support business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the COO in overseeing and managing daily operations across all teams, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to ensure alignment of operations, support needs, and problem resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational issues, providing hands-on support to resolve them promptly.
  • ​​Oversee the Experience Team, ensuring that client and member interactions and internal processes are seamlessly aligned.
  • Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational metrics, provide regular reports to the COO, and recommend actions based on data insights.
  • Work across various teams, including EOR (Employer of Record) delivery, finance, and client services, to align resources and operational activities with broader company objectives.
 

Ideally, you have the following qualifications…

Experience & Software

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role, preferably in a multi-country environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple operational initiatives and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in project management and workflow tools.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working in small to medium-sized businesses and managing operations across multiple countries.
