The Opportunity:
Adobe is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Compensation Enablement Manager. This role is pivotal in empowering Adobe’s global sales teams by creating and delivering materials that clearly explain how their compensation plans work and how they get paid.
What you'll do:
Partner with Sales Enablement and operations teams to develop a comprehensive compensation education strategy.
Conduct live and virtual training sessions to educate sellers on how to maximize their compensation and understand their pay structure.
Provide ongoing support by responding to compensation-related inquiries from sales teams in a timely manner.
Lead mass communication efforts to share updates on compensation plan changes, upcoming sessions, and other relevant information.
Lead a team of 4 compensation analysts managing comp plan execution and user onboarding/set-up
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compensation, sales enablement, management or a related role
Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging content and presentations, both live and virtual
Experience working with sales teams or compensation programs, with a deep understanding of how compensation structures are communicated and understood
Experience coordinating a team of individual contributors
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $93,300 -- $217,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
