Job Summary:

Responsible for development and maintenance of contracts and related documents according to applicable regulations and standards. Identifies issues and risks in document development. Ensures continued compliance with managed regulatory requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for development, review and maintenance of contracts and related documents.
  • Provides support by identifying best terms and conditions in document development to support various corporate initiatives.
  • Identifies issues and risks in document development, review and maintenance.
  • Establishes standards for development of contracts and related documents using departmental standards, professional discretion and independent judgment.
  • Develops and maintains generic contracts.
  • Revises and amends documents as necessary.
  • Ensures vendor compliance with contractual terms including negotiated rebates as applicable.
  • Assists in the negotiation and completion of strategic vendor relationships as applicable.
  • Maintains system contract related templates including general provisions, request for proposal, system requirements document, business associate agreement, etc.
  • Educate the staff on changes to those documents as required.
  • Maintains assigned contracts in Contract Management system.
  • Flags contract anniversaries and completes appropriate follow up.
  • Develops, produces and analyzes reports generated by software.
  • Develops, implements and maintains a standardized contract launch process for contracts.
  • Establishes and maintains applicable regulatory reference materials
  • Hours 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Less than 25% travel
