Job description

This position at Bravida leads the procurement and commercial activities for Business Technology including Software licensing, Hardware purchases and other Tech related costs (consultants, services etc) with the goal of achieving significant cost reductions, while maintaining/improving quality and supplier service levels.

The successful candidate will work closely with departments within Business Technology, Finance and Procurement. The roles primary responsibility is to deliver tangible run rate savings with maintained or increased quality. This includes commercial savings through consolidating purchasing volume as well as applying operational and commercial measures to reduce cost and managing contracts with suppliers.

This position will be responsible for all external technology spend and will report directly to the Head of Planning and Performance with a dotted line to the Procurement function. The role as IT Contract & License Manager is new and will be a key resource in establishing the functional area for managing contracts and licenses within the Business Technology organization.

Office location may be any of the Bravida Sweden offices, but regular attendance in the Stockholm office in Hägersten will be required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the cost savings and optimization goal during 2025 and onwards
  • Develop and ensure implementation of activities that will optimize total cost for Bravida
  • Lead sourcing and renegotiation of tech related contracts
  • Drive procurement activities in tech projects
  • Implement and educate in ways of working, processes and tools for Contract Management
  • Tender and support the implementation of a SAM system
  • Establish processes and virtual organization for license management
  • Ensure actionable data for license optimization
  • Act as Bravida’s main commercial interface against all tech related vendors
  • Drive vendor management activities such as supplier performance management
  • Help our functions and departments with additional purchases as needed


Qualifications

  • 10+ year’s relevant procurement experience
  • Information Technology procurement experience is required
  • Experience of license management including enterprise agreements is required
  • Able to work in a dual reporting matrix environment and take the lead on implementation of savings opportunities that affect numerous lines of business
  • Ability to challenge our organization in a constructive manner
  • Self-starter and independent
  • Structured and pragmatic
  • Ability and willingness to work on strategic, tactical as well as operational level
  • Strong ability to build relationships and networks with multiple functions and at the leadership levels
  • Strong analytical capabilities and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
