About The Opportunity

This opportunity is about creating value. The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, a fast learner, is comfortable as an independent contributor and on team projects, results oriented, and have working knowledge of data entry and analysis.

Where you will make an impact

Entering contract attributes to Box Sign contract database by reading contracts and searching for the different data elements.
Creating purchase requisitions from approved ServiceNow order into SAP and communicate any discrepancies to Procurement Operations team.
Provide analytical support during supplier evaluation and negotiation
Synthesize complex data into concise deliverables. Provide on-demand analysis for contracting, SRM, and other procurement areas
Assist with various supplier relationship management (SRM) activities, including but limited to issuing and following up on scorecards, reviewing risk reports and notifying procurement team of changes and maintaining database/tool.
Organizing, maintaining, and analyzing contracts, purchase orders and other relevant data.
Responsible for multiple procurement projects and analysis concurrently while managing additional day-to-day requirements.
Updating and maintaining multiple projects and processes in Monday.com

What You Will Bring

Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
Previous Procurement/Sourcing/Supply Chain experience or equivalent academic credentials is a plus.
Solid experience with SAP or other competitive procurement applications and the Microsoft suite of office productivity tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills (both oral and written), organizational skills, and analysis.
Well-rounded business/finance acumen and well-developed presence.

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

BoxSign, DocuSign CLM or other contract lifecycle management tools.
SAP or other ERP system experience.
