As an HR Intern, you will have an opportunity to gain practical experience during 6-month internship. Your projects will mostly be connected with designing & deploying best HR practices for P&G functions.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Developing & implementing best approaches to organizing the internship program in Sales.

• Working on the domestic relocation policy: designing a communication campaign to deploy the key changes to organization, leading the partnership with external agency.

• Managing HR projects on engagement, retention, learning & development.

• Supporting talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy implementation and campus activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary 100 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

• The job requires you to be based in Moscow or Novomoskovsk, Tula region (or you should be ready to move to Moscow or Novomoskovsk with the company's support)

• 3+ year university students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
