Working on-site in Singapore or remotely they need a capable and experienced recruiter to help grow their team. You will work to develop with them to develop their recruitment strategies and evaluate talent needs. As a key member of the team you will contribute ideas and solutions to source in this skills short sector.

Responsibilities

Experience working with hiring managers and owning all aspects of recruiting process
Ability to develop a pipeline of active and passive candidates
Maintain a high level of industry awareness, understanding the start-up and cryptocurrency sector
Ability to learn on the fly and develop a deep industry knowledge
Experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
Experience sourcing from a world-wide pool of talent in hard to source skills
Track record of hiring elite talent
Experience in a start-up fast growth technology business
Capability to implement innovative attraction strategies
Highly motivated and organised able to demonstrate initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to negotiate remuneration
Proficiency using multiple sourcing channels and recruitment databases
Experience with Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain technologies would be an advantage
