About the Order Operations Specialist:
MarketStar is looking for an Order Operations Specialist to support our Google team. This position is part of the Chrome/Workspace for Education Ordering and Operations team. Responsibilities for this position include the support of a variety of ordering support issues that arise for partners in the licensing process. Having previous Google support experience is desired and will be very helpful in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
What Will You Do?
- Function as external subject-matter-expert for Workspace for Education ordering questions and escalations
- Partner Enablement – Build partner-facing resources for ordering best practices
- Internal Enablement – Train and support internal teams to better comprehend Workspace for Education ordering nuances and scenarios
- Internal processes – Create product conversion pathways guidance for order processing teams, streamlining ordering operations for discount programs and product conversions
- Internal Operations – Point of Contact for triaging revenue recognition inconsistencies in Google’s systems
- Order Quality – Program Management of order management team and discount practices to ensure quality
- Assist partners in on-boarding, program agreements, and participating in Google Chrome’s partner program and partners establish a strong foundation for selling & ordering.
What Will You Need to Succeed?

- Previous Google work experience (preferred)

- High communication skills to explain technical questions/answers in a concise, simple, and consistent manner
