Grade 12 or equivalent, B.Com degree in Human Resource Management (Payroll) or relevant qualification, 5 years' experience in Payroll/Benefits and HR, 2 years' experience in Management, 5 years' experience with Payroll/HR Systems.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with laws, generate management reports.
- Conduct system checks and project participation.
- Deal with leave/payroll queries and supplier invoices.
- Supervise payroll personnel and maintain records.
