Responsibilities:
The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing and executing the recruitment, staffing and operational needs of all sites in their assigned market. The primary function is to recruit, screen, select, hire, and process candidates for their assigned geography. The Recruiter is a great multi-tasker, solid communicator, and is able to prioritize various tasks in a timely manner. This position reports to the Corproate Human Resources Director and works closely with the functional support teams of Operations and Compliance.
Manage the entire hiring process, from recruitment to post assignment
Oversee transition from new hire to post assignment, including training and coordination
Recruitment/ Hiring
- Post requisitions for current staffing vacancies
- Plan and execute hiring events both in person and on-line
- Point-of-contact for available employment opportunities
- Search for qualified candidates through online job boards, internal recruiting system (ICIMS), cold calls, and employee referrals
- Review employment applications, validate license(s), and other qualifications that meet job description criteria
- Schedule, complete, and report on interview status to Field Management
- Enter information into ICIMS to thoroughly document the interview process
- Interviews candidates and make hiring determinations
- On-board new hires

Qualifications:
- Relevant professional recruiting/operations administrative experience
- Applicant Tracking Experience (ATS) a plus
- Experience in screening and interviewing job candidates including managing communication
- Ability to travel within and outside a territory as assigned
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance within hiring and on-boarding
- Ability to function and communicate effectively on a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously
- Ability to manage and submit work on time as directed by supervisor
- Effective verbal, written, and listening skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid State Driver's License
