This role is a career entry point of the Consulting & Solutions team, having exposure to front-line customer engagement initiatives spanning from pre-sales activities to solutions implementation, with emphases on integrating and analyzing customer data to deliver meaningful insights – toward addressing desired customer outcomes. S/he will leverage comprehensive understanding of data elements and relevant customer workflow to design, articulate and quality-assure data integration to analytical outputs.

Job Description

本職務において、全国の医療機関を対象としたIoT・AIソリューションの企画開発、及び、導入プロジェクトリードをしていただきます。

• 開発済みサービスについて、プロジェクトマネージャー兼コンサルタントとして、販売後の契約顧客へのサービスデリバリーを管理・実行する（顧客要求、サービス仕様の策定、データ分析業務を含む）
• 契約中の顧客との次の契約に繋げるために、顧客との関係性をより強化する
• IoT・AIを活用した新サービス・新事業の企画をする（国内事例や海外事例調査を含む）
• 新サービスの導入プロジェクトを計画・実行する
• ソリューション設計、システム開発、およびシステム構築のプロジェクトを管理・リードする（外部関連パートナー、海外オフシュアとの連携を含む）
  
  

【必須（MUST）】

• データアナリストとしての実務経験3年以上
• ネットワーク関連の通信に関する基本的なスキル
• コミュニケーションスキルがある方：お客様を含む、社内部署横断で集まったプロジェクトメンバーと円滑に仕事を行うため。お客様の要求を把握し、わかりやすく提案するため。
