For our Offshore HR Team in Manila we need a Global Data and Reporting Specialist.

Job Description

Overall responsibilities

  • Supporting Global HR reporting and analytics
    • Monthly reporting and KPIs
    • CoC, Sustainability e-learning statistics for monthly KPIs (requiring data handling in Excel)
    • PD Career Model statistics for monthly KPIs (requiring data handling in Excel)
    • End user support for monthly reporting (i.e. mainly questions from HR - and training)
    • SuccessFactors reporting deep dive and development
    • Etc.
  • Supporting AFRY companies in planning and creating country specific HR reporting
    • Local insights – project (building of the country reports together with countries)
    • Country reporting support – ongoing (BI & SF reporting)
    • Maintenance and further development of the country reports from Local insights
    • Etc.
  • Ad hoc HR reporting
  • Supporting end users in using HR Global reports (Power BI)
  • Participation in HR reporting and analytics development
  • Other tasks related to HR reporting, analytics and data validation
  • Other tasks in area of HR Transformation and Digitalization -team as agreed separately

Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in Business, HR, IT or similar.

Skills, experience and interests

  • Experience in working as a member of a team in a global virtual environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR and other business data
  • MS Excel, MS Power BI
  • SAP SuccessFactors (additional merit not mandatory)
  • Data Privacy on basic level
