Where You Come In

As our L&D Manager, you play a vital role in the delivery of our learning and development services through project management and LMS ownership. You will support the delivery of engaging and effective programs for some of the world’s most successful companies.

You’ll need to be a great communicator and have the ability to speak and understand the languages of clients, strategist and facilitators, ensuring there is clarity among everyone. As the owner of the learner journey, you ensure every client and learner has an exceptional experience. You’re ultra-organised and love to get into the detail of things. You know how to tactfully nudge a project along to keep things on track with colleagues, partners and clients.

To be successful in the role you’ll need to be highly organised with a proven complex project management track record, experience stewarding trainings to international markets, LMS ownership experience, and can coordinate across multiple teams and time zones. As the owner of the LMS and project management process, you hold yourself accountable to timelines and a high standard of quality for learning processes and experiences. You are collaborative in your approach and are passionate about enhancing the quality of the learner journey. Overall, you enjoy engaging in the entire learning process, including project management, LMS management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations in all areas of the learner journey, such as registration, notifications, user accounts, reports, and course creation
  • Define, coordinate and execute project tasks and resources across multiple clients to ensure a successful learning process
  • Create and manage all LMS activities, ensuring accurate reporting within the LMS and supportive technology platforms
  • Provide an exceptional learner experience through proactive and engaged communication during all points of contact for both the client and the learner
  • Manage weekly / monthly status updates to client and internal stakeholders
  • Manage deliverables and deadlines, communicating changes proactively
  • Successfully on-board each new cohort and partner with facilitators to successfully implement an effective communications plan with the training journey.
  • Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions for learning programs

Ideally you have:

  • At least 2 years of demonstrated LMS administration experience required, preferably in a client facing L&D environment.
  • Complex project management experience, building and executing multiple plans at a high-paced turnaround.
  • High degree of customer service working with stakeholders including all levels within external organizations and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient with MS Office, Hubspot, MS Office 365, Learning Management Systems.
  • Knowledge in using Articulate Rise or other authoring tools.
  • Ability to follow and repeat procedures and standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to verify own work accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player mindset with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Annual Salary

  • £40,000 - £60,000 (London, UK)
  • $100,000 - $140,000 (Boston, US)
