Your role in our mission

- Responsible for improving organizational capabilities by working closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Develop strong product sense to design custom KPI reporting to help improve overall workflow efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Analyzes, plans, and implements moderately complex operational process improvement needs. Supports long-term planning sessions with a single client to improve business processes, generally involving use and improvement of information systems and goals.
- Create detailed requirements documents, including business process flows, data dictionary, data mapping, and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and participate in the validation of reporting solutions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from different sources, ensuring data consistency and coherence across the organization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to identify and plan improvements (process and technology) including identifying the current process, applying best practices, and creating performance measurements.
- Lead non-conformance investigation into process outliers, including root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
What we're looking for
- 3 years experience in creating business requirements
- 1+ year with SQL
- Ability to communicate and interpret documents and data
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel; experience with Visio is a plus
- Healthcare experience is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
