Position overview:
We are seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment and integration of our solutions for enterprise clients. This role bridges technical expertise with project management to ensure smooth implementations while driving customer time-to-value and satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical implementation projects for customers and platforms
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and technical environment
Design implementation approaches that align with customer architecture and business needs
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively
Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across various stages
Guide customers through technical integration process, including API implementations
Review customer technical specifications and provide implementation guidance
Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and testing phases
Validate customer integrations against best practices and requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation for implementations
Develop repeatable implementation processes and templates
Serve as primary technical point of contact during implementation phase
Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering, product, and customer success teams
Lead regular project status meetings with customer technical teams
Manage customer expectations and maintain clear communication channels
Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transition post-implementation
Escalate technical blockers and provide solutions to internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Experience
Previous work with enterprise integration platforms or middleware
Familiarity with common enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
Background in technical consulting or professional services
Knowledge of agile methodologiesExperience with change management processes
Technical Skills
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of database concepts and data modeling
Familiarity with coding/scripting (Python, Java, SQL, etc.)
Experience with API testing tools and methodologies
Knowledge of system architecture principles
