Job Description

As an E-commerce Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s digital growth strategy. You’ll manage their Shopify store, optimize product listings, and implement cutting-edge SEO techniques to boost visibility. Your role is crucial in crafting compelling product narratives that resonate with our faith-focused audience. You’ll also streamline operations through smart integrations and automations, ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to purchase.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize all aspects of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
  • Craft engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions that capture the essence of our faith-based journals
  • Implement and manage integrations between Shopify and other platforms to enhance operational efficiency
  • Monitor e-commerce metrics and provide regular performance reports
  • Collaborate on email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and Shopify updates to maintain a competitive edge
  • Provide top-notch customer service support via email


Requirements
  • Proven track record in Shopify store management and optimization
