Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlight:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities
:
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, focusing on previous contacts and deals
  • Set up appointments for the internal sales team
  • Manage and update the CRM system with lead information and interaction details
  • Overcome objections and re-engage prospects who weren’t ready to commit previously
  • Prioritize and manage a list of leads effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or insurance sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Resilience and persistence in following up with leads

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
  • Remote work position
