Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Flexible during business hours (30 hours per week initially)
  • M-F, anytime between 9:30am to 5:00pm

  • Schedule and optimize posts using advanced social media management tools
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach
  • Create platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, leveraging each platform’s unique features
  • Collaborate with different business units to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, implementing new ideas to keep content fresh and engaging
  • Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages to build strong relationships with followers



Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management, ideally with experience handling multiple brands or diverse business types
  • Strong content creation skills across various social media platforms, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility
