FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: 8 hour shifts, days, every other weekend

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• You will provide restaurant-style dining while supporting our commitment to using whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products wherever economically possible
• You will provide outstanding customer service in support of our organizational values while serving a diverse population
• You will apply your enthusiastic, food-centric attitude and will possess the ability to collaborate to provide a quality product and exceptional experience for our customers
• You will have skilled knowledge in all stations of the kitchen, handling food in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Culinary Arts Program graduate preferred
• Current Washington State Food Handlers Card
• Serve-Safe certification preferred
• Minimum one (1) year cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook
