The Sales Support team is a vital part of the relationship between the Enterprise Sales teams & our customers. We have a deep understanding of the business and work on completing administrative tasks allowing the Selling Organization to focus on building meaningful partnerships across the globe, all while having fun and being part of a dynamic team culture!

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Specialist responsible for supporting our Enterprise Sales teams. This role will actively collaborate with the Selling Organization and engage clients directly in select scenarios to take ownership of administrative tasks such as PO processing, account creation, licensing requests, etc, while contributing to the overall success of the team.

We are open to remote applicants who's in Central time zone in locations that Shutterstock is setup to employ in.

The day to day:

  • Closely assisting the Enterprise Sales teams for Corporate, Media & Agency verticals;

  • Facilitating multiple types of customer requests, such as new account setups, invoicing, purchase order processing, submitting customer’s research requests and other manual processes;

  • Working across departments to provide excellent support & timely responses to customer inquiries;

  • Prioritizing tasks from multiple stakeholders while being highly detail oriented;

  • Adapting to & welcoming new processes and system changes with a positive approach;

  • Contributing to the success of the Sales Support team by assisting with the on-boarding of new team members;

  • Having a systematic approach to our work to optimize time and resources

What you will bring:
