Adrenalin are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager based in Melbourne to join our growing team. The Senior Digital Account Manager will manage an ambitious pipeline of digital projects for clients in both NSW and VIC states. You will act as the local boots on the ground for a cornerstone account in Melbourne, alongside regular support from the wider Adrenalin team. As the key in-person representative, your goal will be to build solid relationships with client contacts, problem solve any challenges that arise, guide the client through the project process, and continue to explore opportunities to grow both revenue and engagement from their digital channels. 


You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to propose new solutions to clients and for creating a sustainable pipeline of work that delivers value and enhances the agency’s growth. Reporting to the Group Account Director, your focus will be the management and growth for a select number of key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of strategic and innovative digital solutions which create deep end-user engagement, driving results and successful outcomes for clients. 


This role requires a true leader with an innate curiosity of the digital landscape, a proactive mindset to help identify and solve complex problems for your clients, and the ability to champion Adrenalin’s work, culture and process. You’ll work side-by-side with the industry’s brightest minds and contribute to projects while receiving mentorship, training and experience to push boundaries and supercharge your digital skills and career growth.  


On any given day you might: 

  • Oversee the delivery of large-scale digital projects including websites, mobile apps, and tactical campaigns. 
  • Leverage data and behavioural insights to help formulate strategic solutions for your clients. 
  • Work closely with the Strategy, Project Management, Creative & Technical teams to deliver exceptional results-oriented work. 
  • Work as a trusted expert for your clients, helping to manage stakeholder expectations and feedback. 
  • Put forward strategic concepts to your clients that drives new digital initiatives. 
  • Extract pertinent information from your clients to construct ‘actionable and approved briefs’ for key initiatives that will deliver on their objectives, whilst maintaining oversight of ongoing work. 
  • Be the trusted voice of the client within the agency.

 

You’d be the right fit if you: 

  • Have a strong understanding of the digital project lifecycle, including strategy, user experience (UX), UI design, technical integration, and project management processes. 
  • Are motivated to own the growth of your accounts through strategic planning, annual forecasting and being a trusted partner to your clients. 
  • Are curious and look beyond the immediate ask to dream up innovative solutions. 
  • Have an excellent understanding of web-based technologies & tools and their commercial application. 
  • Are creative, ambitious and entrepreneurial with good initiative, strong organisation and attention to detail. 
  • Persevere despite obstacles with an ability adapt on the fly. 

 

The ideal person has: 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a proven Mid/Senior Digital Account Manager. 
  • Proven success working in an environment with monthly/quarterly revenue targets & KPI’s. 
  • An ability to develop deep insights from analytics and historical data. 
  • The curiosity to grow your knowledge in the constant changing digital landscape and how these trends apply to your clients.  
  • A fanatical obsession with client service. 
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal & presentation skills with ability to facilitate and lead meetings with Senior and Executive stakeholders, identifying clear actions and follow-ups. 

 

Remuneration 

Excellent remuneration plus an uncapped monthly bonus is on offer.
