Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to work on both the frontend and backend of our platform. This role requires proficiency in modern web technologies like React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS on the frontend, and Python for backend development. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with Anthropic Sonet 3.5, leveraging powerful language models via API integrations to enhance our product offerings.

As a Senior Developer, you'll be expected to drive best practices, ensure scalable and maintainable code, and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to build high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development:Build and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
• Implement pixel-perfect designs and ensure a smooth user experience across various devices.
• Optimize front-end performance and leverage modern development techniques to build fast, scalable web applications.
• Backend Development:Design and implement backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python.
• Integrate third-party services and tools, including Anthropic Sonet 3.5, to incorporate advanced AI capabilities into the platform.
• Manage data flow and ensure the backend is optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• API Integration:Work closely with the Anthropic Sonet 3.5 API to integrate its capabilities into the platform, ensuring smooth operation and security when interacting with the API.
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive API keys and develop efficient ways to interact with large-scale language models.
• Collaboration & Leadership:Lead by example in code quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless features and enhancements.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team culture.
• Testing & Deployment:Write unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all code is up to industry standards.
• Ensure smooth and reliable deployments, working with DevOps teams to maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience:Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer.
• Extensive experience working with React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS on the frontend.
• Solid understanding of Python and its associated frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) for backend development.
• Hands-on experience integrating with external APIs, particularly LLMs or similar technologies.
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and data structures.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and best practices (e.g., Jest, PyTest).
• Soft Skills:Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and guiding teams toward best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with GraphQL and modern API paradigms.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
• Experience with cloud-native development, including serverless architectures.
• Prior experience working with LLM (Large Language Models) or AI-driven solutions.
