Who we are looking for
The candidate must have 7+ years of hands on development experience in Archer . This role is for Archer IRM Developer who is expected to contribute towards technical development aspects.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.
What you will be responsible for
As Archer Developer, Sr.Associate you will
- Design and develop business requirement driven Archer solutions leveraging both core and custom applications
- Promote Archer solutions in accordance with SDLC methodologies leveraging Archer packaging capabilities
- Design and develop Archer data integration feed(s) to / from other systems as required
- Liaise with Architecture and Infrastructure teams to enhance and expand the Archer Platform and identify technical opportunities to improve overall resiliency
- Follow State Street policies and procedures for change management, project governance and software configuration management
- Ensure technology requirements and challenges are resolved in a consistent and timely manner
- Debug complex Archer configuration issues

- A strong understanding of Archer’s out-of-the-box solution offerings is required, along with experience developing and implementing solutions leveraging on-demand applications, access controls, data feeds, Data Imports, Data Driven events, advanced workflows, calculations, Custom objects, notifications, reports, Workspaces and dashboards. Hands on configuration and customization of Archer version 6.12 or later
- Experience required related to moving configurations in accordance with SDLC methodologies leveraging Archer packaging. Experience with APIs and XML/XSLT is required
- Solid understanding of configuring access control, record permissions, events and notifications in Archer
- Expert level skills in creating fields, reports, iViews and dashboards in Archer
- Extensive experience with calculated fields, access controls, advanced workflow and packaging
- Extensive experience with data feeds configuration including Archer to Archer feeds, SQL, and XSLT
- Working experience with relational databases such as Oracle/SQL Server 2016
- Strong communication skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required
- 7+ years of software development experience relevant to the role
Additional requirements
It’s good to have below skills for this role
- Strong understanding of the system design and architecture concepts including service-oriented architecture
- Experience with version control using GITHUB, JIRA and other Dev Tools
- Experience working with Reporting Tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Experience in Autosys, Batch and Perl Scripts
