Job description

Ventrata is excited to announce we are recruiting for a skilled, US/Canada-based Sales Manager Americas with a love of tours and attractions to drive new sales growth in Americas. Our product is changing the way tours and tickets are sold across the planet.

The role is remote and will be based in North America. For consideration, it's expected that you should be based in, or able to work during, the office hours of the target region. Additionally, you will be traveling to your sales territory for regular customer visit at least once a month.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process across North America and win new businesses over. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers in attractions, tours, HOHO buses and cultural sites, you’ll help us bring our solution to life for them.
  • Hit your business targets and identify opportunities to position the Ventrata solution effectively and enhance the value proposition to your target markets.
  • Develop  a deep understanding of market segments, competition and emerging trends.
  • Become an internal voice of industry and the client to share product feedback and insights from sales engagements.
  • Working with a sales development representative, develop and execute sales campaigns.
  • Partner with Ventrata’s Customer Success team to ensure we exceed new customer expectations.The first 90 days are crucial. 
  • Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to create and share content that raises our brand awareness and opens up new business opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast and report revenue projections to leadership and consistently deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy in Hubspot.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker or at least 5 years selling in native English-speaking markets (C1 as a minimum) 
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus, not a requirement
  • Can demonstrate history of achieving quotas of $600k+ selling into enterprise markets
  • Must reside within the continental US or Canada
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to potential client sites and trade shows
  • Current passport and able to travel internationally infrequently
  • SaaS-related and industry sales experience preferred
  • Direct experience working within attractions in a sales role
  • Sales account planning skills and the patience to deliver against the plan
  • Display creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for achieving revenue targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Be a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and can manage their time, pipeline and direct efforts of an BDR

For this position, we offer a competitive base salary of $5,000 - $6,000 monthly based on candidate skills and experience.
