Sales Consultant for Healthcare Services 

Location: Remote (preferably with strong connections in the US healthcare market) 

Job Type: 1099 Freelance/Commission-based

Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant with established connections in hospitals and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will leverage their network to introduce Neolytix and drive new business opportunities to a closure. Neolytix will provide additional support from the Sales & Solutioning teams to help drive closure to the leads. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize existing connections to identify and secure new business opportunities for Neolytix. 

  • Participate in presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our services and solutions with the Neolytix Sales Team. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. 

  • Provide feedback and market insights to help refine our service offerings and sales strategies. 

  • Provide a rolling forecast for deals to help in sales planning 

  • Build an Account Stakeholder Plan for strategic deals that go into Contract stage 

Requirements: 

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector. 

  • Established network of contacts within hospitals and healthcare organizations. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. 

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

  • Familiarity with healthcare services like Medical Billing, Credentialing, Customer Service/ Patient Access, F&A, IT Services, Automation/ AI / Analytics is a plus. 

Compensation Structure: 

To ensure our Sales Consultant is rewarded for their efforts, we offer a competitive commission structure with options for retainership based on at least 1 successful new deal. 

  • Base Commission: 10 to 15% of the total contract value for new business secured. 

  • Bonus Commission: An additional 2.5 to 5% for deals exceeding 24 month contract term during Year 2. 

  • Retainership options available If quarterly sales quota targets are agreed and delivered.
