Job description

A leading SG-based telecoms client is looking for a LinkedIn Strategist (Freelance, Remote) who will develop and execute social media strategies, particularly for the LinkedIn platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for a B2B tech brand, covering key platforms like LinkedIn and the client's web page.
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality LinkedIn content that resonates with the target audience of technology decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Manage the full LinkedIn content creation process, from ideation to publishing and community engagement.
  • Maintain a LinkedIn content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant and timely platform updates.
  • Analyze LinkedIn performance and usage metrics to optimize the LinkedIn strategy and content.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for sustainability-focused LinkedIn content.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine the social media approach.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in LinkedIn marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, or a related field, focusing on B2B tech audiences.
  • Proven track record of successful social media strategies and campaigns, particularly on the LinkedIn platforms and company website.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling, on-brand social media posts.
  • Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and analytics, including the ability to measure and report on critical KPIs.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, content calendars, and best practices for community engagement.
  • Adaptable and creative mindset, with the ability to generate innovative LinkedIn ideas and concepts.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
