QualificationsAt least 3 years of proven work experience as a RecruiterHands-on experience with various interview formats (Zoom, Skype, Phone, Google Meet)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements in any given rolesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skillsWork Experience / Skills / Personal AttributesWell-developed administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with people at all levels.Ability to prioritise and organise work appropriately and complete tasks simultaneously.Possess acute listening, time management and problem-solving skills.Possess flexibility, adaptability and versatility of approach to handle changing work requirements.Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy across all transport functions.Possess tact, discretion, diplomacy and negotiating skills.Ability to plan and coordinate activities to provide efficient services.Ability to work independently and autonomously within broad guidelines.Responsibilities:
Policy & Procedure Adherence
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Post job vacancies across job boards and other platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct and coordinate pre-employment checks
- Extend job offers to successful candidates
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment records and reports
Onboarding
- Generate employment contracts and letter of offers for successful candidates
- Communicate onboarding requirements with successful candidates
- Coordinate onboarding requirements with the compliance, payroll, training and the relevant manager
- Process onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support department managers in effectively integrating new employees into the organisation
- Manage probationary review process when required
Customer Service
- Be responsive to enquires and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
- Treat candidates with respect and professionalism
- Provide accurate and detailed information about job vacancies, the recruitment process and organisation
- Provide follow up and feedback to unsuccessful candidates in the recruitment process
- Ensure hiring manages receive timely and accurate information about the status of job vacancies and candidate applications
- Collaborate with managers to develop an efficient recruitment process and attract high-quality candidates
Reporting
- Ensure all elements of reporting reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner, in line with company and customer expectations
- Communicate issues and patterns to Management in order to devise economical and effective resolutions.
