The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Product Marketing to develop product marketing positioning and content that supports our ad management product line. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving product go-to-market launches and steering sales enablement efforts to ensure our internal commercial org has everything it needs to succeed. You will collaborate closely with marketing peers, sales engineers, product teams, client services, and sales leadership to ensure that the messaging and materials you develop meet the company's needs and OKRs. The ideal candidate loves working with product and sales teams alike, is deeply organized, has an eye for the details, and has an aptitude for product positioning and value messaging. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute product launches and create sales materials that support key objectives
  • Craft product messaging to be best positioned for the successful engagement of target audiences 
  • Create marketing materials (i.e. - sales decks, one-sheeters, and case studies) that communicate product benefits and features.
  • Work with the broader marketing team to ensure product value props of new and enhanced solutions are appropriately conveyed across all marketing channels
  • Execute independent research while working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain buyer persona profiles and identify market fit
  • Define and lead internal and external training exercises as new products and functionality dictate
  • Field sales and client services questions and requests from our commercial organization, prioritizing as necessary. 
  • Keep abreast of the industry and competitive landscapes and incorporate relevant information into sales and marketing positioning and materials as needed.

What You Will Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent experience, such as product management, content marketing, business development, or sales/solutions engineering
  • Empathy for both internal stakeholders and customers 
  • Bias for action with the ability to adapt and move quickly
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Experience in designing your own slides, one-sheets, or presentations
  • A deep understanding of ad tech, marketing tech, video management, media and/or TV.
  • A deep love for problem-solving & pattern recognition 
  • Must be a strong communicator, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

  • At Innovid, Base salary is one part of our competitive total compensation package and is determined using a salary range. The base pay range for this position is $85,000-$115,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions
