As the Director of Enterprise Sales at Innovid, you will play a strategic role in leading our engagement with top-tier advertisers, driving the advancement of their video advertising efforts, and maximizing the impact of their investments in our Video Marketing Platform. Your primary objective will be to expand our customer base, elevate client utilization of our platform's capabilities, including data-driven and interactive creative, efficient video distribution, and advanced analytics. This role encompasses both the expansion of existing partnerships through the introduction of new offerings and the retention of our current clientele, in addition to securing new high-value accounts. Your prowess in cultivating new business relationships will be pivotal, shaping not only the growth of our enterprise client portfolio but also influencing your compensation structure.
You will work autonomously to cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities, championing the value proposition of video advertising to clients. Your experience in selling to and servicing large multi-brand clients, ideally within the marketing technology sector, will set you apart. You excel at navigating complex decision-making processes and influencing key stakeholders to reach consensus, resulting in successful deal closures.

What You Will Do:

  • Assume a leadership role in nurturing existing client relationships, acting as the liaison between Innovid's services and capabilities and client needs.
  • Champion overall client satisfaction and identify avenues for enhancing and expanding existing partnerships, aiming to achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Meet quarterly revenue targets while effectively managing pipeline and accurate forecasting.
  • Extend Innovid's reach by securing accounts not currently leveraging our platform's potential, while simultaneously driving increased product adoption within the existing client base.
  • Maintain an acute awareness of customer business landscapes, staying attuned to brand challenges and opportunities across your portfolio of accounts.
  • Showcase Innovid's value through impeccable service delivery and execution, consistently elevating clients' understanding of the platform's benefits.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration within Innovid, bridging departments to serve clients optimally.
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities efficiently, upholding deadlines and maintaining excellent time management skills.
  • Educate both new and established clients on best practices and innovative product utilization.
  • Collaborate with the Product team by providing user feedback and insights to shape new tool and product releases.
  • Maintain meticulous records, forecasts, and reporting within Salesforce as required by management.

What You Will Need:

  • 6+ years' experience in online advertising, with a track record in sales or account executive roles. Agency or publisher experience is highly desirable.
  • Command a comprehensive understanding of data, TV, and digital video, with a solid grasp of the media landscape.
  • Proactively engage with industry vendors and leading solutions, especially within the digital media and video domains.
  • Exhibit a consistent track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets, contributing significantly to revenue expansion.
  • Leverage your profound grasp of the digital media realm to identify opportunities for business growth and revenue optimization.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Exhibit willingness to travel as needed.
  • Based in our New York City office, this role requires in-office presence two days a week.

What We Offer:
