Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Description
  1. Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation and Configuration:

    • Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time and Labor, and Payroll.
    • Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with business users to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
    • Configure security roles, workflows, and user permissions as per business needs.
    • Ensure data integrity and perform data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.
  2. System Integration and Support:

    • Manage and support the integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with third-party applications (payroll, benefits, learning management systems, etc.).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical guidance for HR system users.
    • Monitor system performance and ensure that all HCM processes run smoothly.
  3. Customization and Reporting:

    • Customize Oracle Cloud HCM to meet specific business needs, including configuring custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
    • Build and maintain reports using Oracle HCM’s reporting tools and analytics modules.
    • Develop and support ad-hoc reports and queries to support HR and business operations.
  4. User Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to end-users, including HR staff, managers, and employees, to ensure efficient use of Oracle Cloud HCM tools.
    • Prepare training materials and documentation for system usage, procedures, and best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the HR team on system enhancements and new functionalities.
  5. System Upgrades and Patches:

    • Plan, coordinate, and test system upgrades, patches, and new feature releases.
    • Ensure system changes are tested thoroughly and documented appropriately before production deployment.
  6. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify areas for process improvement within HR operations and recommend solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM.
    • Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud HCM best practices, industry trends, and new functionalities.
    • Work with the HR team to improve automation, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall HR processes.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
    • Experience with multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll).
    • Strong knowledge of HCM processes, best practices, and HR technology.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and HCM Cloud reporting tools.
    • Experience with system integration, including APIs, RESTful services, and data mapping.
    • Knowledge of HRIS data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
