About the team :
Within Adobe’s Digital Experience (DX) Cloud organization, we are laser focused on meeting our customers' needs with best-in-class solutions. To best inform and prepare our customers to purchase an Adobe Digital Experience Solution, our Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group works to better understand customer requirements and map them to the right solution with technical excellence.
The Sales Velocity Team
Our Sales Velocity Team works within an organization called Technical Pre Sales that aims to ensure that our customers are purchasing the right Digital Experience Cloud solutions to best accomplish their business goals. Within that organization, Sales Velocity creates the product demonstration tools that our customer-facing teams like Solutions Consultants and Enterprise Architects then take to our customers.
As a Sales Velocity Intern, you will support projects that accelerate sales cycles, strengthen solution impact, and secure customer confidence through building scalable technical and presentation tools, and developing bespoke customer services. This is primarily an internal-facing role where key responsibilities include helping pre-sales teams close more deals by innovating on the current and future tools that we present to customers, analyzing our pre-sales demo strategy, and developing internal operating maturity frameworks to help bolster our intrinsic value to Adobe.
What you’ll do
- You will be paired with a member of the Sales Velocity team for active mentorship and apprenticeship on their day-to-day work
- You will use your Java/JavaScript/HTML skills to create demo tools that our customer-facing team will leverage in front of customers
- You will learn to connect the dots between customers’ business problems, Adobes solution offerings, and our internal presentation or demonstration tools to showcase value for our customers and their business
- You will shape demo strategy and execute against demo tools and assets to invigorate our pre-sales business
- You will collaborate with cross-organizational partners including solution consultants, enterprise architects, digital strategists, customer success managers and more to understand their day-to-day needs in the field and develop tools and plans for how to best support them as they interact with Adobe customers
- Manage projects that either recommend a new toolset or assess the effectiveness of an existing toolset to better support our internal teams as they progress customer deals through various stages in the sales cycle

- Fluent in English and French
- Masters students (Bac +5) in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree. Ideally a combination of both technical and business subjects.
