HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise in workforce planning, forecasting and scheduling
- Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery, business process design, data integrity and UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning security requirements
- Support governance process, road mapping exercises and cross functional resource planning
- Configure and implement regulatory changes that affect scheduling processes and practices, ensuring business continuity and compliance with North America labor laws and regulations
- Monitor continuing support and maintenance of new application features and functionality
- Provides mentoring and training for end-users on new system changes and enhancements,
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 support team
- Performs other duties as assigned
YOU ARE
- Able to influence and drive toward agreement with cross-functional business teams
- A project manager able to create, organize and deliver project materials and documentation
- A problem solver with the ability to identify potential and/or existing issues, evaluate available options and recommend corrective action
- Agile in your approach and understand the methodologies related principles and best practices
- Passionate for continuous improvement of technology and business processes
YOU HAVE
- 8+ years Kronos/UKG dimensions/UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduled and Forecasting administration experience
- Requires knowledge of wage and hour regulations
- Applied experience consulting with the business to define requirements and to provide recommended solutions for prioritization
- Experience working using Agile, Scrum and related principles and best practices
- Experience working in a retail organization preferred
Salary Range: 100,000.00 - 167,1000.00 Annual
