Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a busy TV producer overseeing 11 different shows. This role offers a unique blend of professional and personal task management in the exciting world of sports television. You’ll be the linchpin of organization, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations both in the producer’s work and personal life. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on the day-to-day operations of a top-tier television professional.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize email, file systems, and calendars
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare documents and presentations for various shows
  • Handle administrative tasks and personal errands
  • Assist with bill payments and personal finance management
  • Provide timely reminders for deadlines and important events
  • Facilitate communication with clients and production teams
  • Organize and maintain efficient filing systems
  • Conduct basic research tasks as needed
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests and correspondence
Requirements
