We are seeking a motivated and diligent intern to join our team. We expect you to support segment and product management activities. This role offers a distinct chance to gain hands-on experience in analyzing markets, planning strategically, and support the development of products.

You will report directly to our Director for Solution Management and collaborate closely a broad range of global partner and teams such as Solution Management, Sales, Global Key accounts, Research and Development, QHSE, Operations, Operations, Marketing Communication and the Assortment team.
You’ll thrive in a flexible home-office model, seizing chances to create a significant impact from our office in Spain- Polynya.
Strategic Responsibilities
We will provide you with all the necessary training, as long as you possess a dedicated and driven approach. Experience is not a necessity if you demonstrate interest and eagerness to learn.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to master your communication and data analysis skills by capturing and analyzing significant amounts of data and translating it into actionable reports and plans.
Key Tasks:
- Assessing current strategies, product portfolio and pinpoint key gaps.
- Evaluating market size, trends, share, competitors, and technologies.
- Organizing workshops and meetings with key collaborators.
- Developing a product roadmap, detailing resources and timelines.
- Compiling a monthly report slide deck.
- Collecting team input and ensure the slide deck is error-free.

What does it take to become our new team member?
- Studies, internship and/or work-experience in business development, product management of B2B marketing in technical products.
- Project management and coordination across functions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, effectively engaging both large audiences and individual stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to understand complex topics.
- Fluency in English (proficiency in other foreign languages is considered an asset).
