3Cloud’s Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) role consults business leaders on organization design, talent management and performance management to support 3Cloud’s rapid growth. You constantly look for ways to enable people leaders in the engagement, retention, and development of their teams. You love being a coach and counselor, working at a fast-pace, and helping others achieve their career goals. You help deliver the ultimate team member experience.  This is a remote first role, however, the ideal candidate will be located within a few hours of our home office in Downers Grove, IL (Chicago area).  

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies for their consulting practices
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring demand and leadership needs
  • Influence 3Cloud’s talent review, performance management and compensation frameworks
  • Coordinate and facilitate performance management, talent health review and compensation cycles
  • Partner with managers on engagement and retention plans
  • Consult with managers on employee relations matters
  • Lead and/or participate in projects as an integral member of the HR team
  • Champion 3Cloud’s culture and values as a peer leader

Skills and Experience Useful in this Role:

  • 5-7 years HR management experience
  • Strong business acumen – understand how the business operates
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing managers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
  • Collaborative style with a focus on problem solving and change management
  • Experience in professional services or consulting a plus
  • Experience interviewing candidates at all levels
  • Organization/Business Unit Structuring 
  • Compensation and Benefits experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred

If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

Base Salary Range
$102,500$164,000 USD
