The Ideal Candidate
- Has demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant, delivering core platform solutions to business external clients.

The Role
Within our dedicated Salesforce service line, we help our clients achieving their goals leveraging Salesforce, utilising the best talent from around the world. As Developer, you are the one who makes our customers’ dreams a reality: you understand the capabilities of the platform and knows how to build the solution either through declarative or through programmatic development.
There’s a great deal you’ll be able to teach others in this role, whilst simultaneously expanding your own skillset. As a Salesforce Developer, you could be working with LWCs to deliver on the most user-friendly solution, or you could possibly be working on an integration between an ERP and Salesforce. We’ll challenge you to become the very best version of yourself. You’ll become an integral part of a close-knit scrum team, working on impactful projects for our customers together, like the implementation of a new e-commerce platform or a CRM system.
A day in the life of a Salesforce Consultant
As a Salesforce Consultant you will be working on important customer projects and you’ll become an integral part of a close-knit scrum team to deliver impactful projects collaboratively. You’ll be heavily involved in technical workshops to map out the route and lead the team to achieve the best possible result.
Day-to-day, you will be:
- Working with teams of consultants and developers working to deliver solutions in Salesforce's core platform, i.e. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Providing strategic guidance to our clients on leveraging the Salesforce platform to build strong working relationships along the way.
- Gathering requirements and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs.
- Performing declarative development of Salesforce functionalities to meet the business requirements.
- Performing train-the-trainer sessions.
- Defining data migration plans and UAT approach.
