About the Role:
We use a wide range of data and intelligence to achieve four objectives:
Help insurers identify fraud through integrated advanced analytics and investigations;
Enhance and enable cross-insurer investigations coordinated by our client;
Lead stakeholder in the vehicle and hard-asset recovery & identification services; and
Support law enforcement, regulators, professional colleges, and other public investigative agencies to identify criminals and bring them to justice. We will also endeavor to raise public awareness about consumer scams: how they work and how to detect and prevent them.
Reporting to the Director of Technology Program Delivery, the Project Control Officer (PCO) ensures timely, on-budget, and within-scope project completion, while overseeing planning, monitoring, testing, and training for successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Monitoring:
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project performance and progress against established milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate and lead project change management process and ensure change impacts are properly integrated in project plan (scope, cost, schedule).
• Compile a project plan based on JIRA tickets
Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and challenges.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities and changes.
• Document meeting events, including decisions and actions.
Testing:
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Collaborate with development and QA to address and resolve defects and issues.
Training:
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and project team members.
• Assess training needs and effectiveness, and adjust training programs as necessary.
• Ensure that all team members are proficient in using project tools and processes.
