We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (.NET & JavaScript) who is passionate about leading technical teams, building scalable solutions, and driving innovation with the latest tech trends, including generative AI. This role requires a hands-on, full-stack approach to development, coupled with leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of developers.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET and JavaScript frameworks.
Architect complex backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices using .NET Core and C#.
Develop and maintain robust frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and foster a culture of quality and innovation.
Experiment with generative AI tools and frameworks to drive innovative solutions and enhance product features.
Manage and participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring team productivity and adherence to timelines.
8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Proven experience in solution design and architecture for scalable systems.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD.
Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Interest in exploring and leveraging generative AI for innovative solutions.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Equivalent practical experience may be considered in place of formal education.
