This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am - 4:30pm PST (12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Manila time)with 30-minute unpaid break

Job Description

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth property operations for our client’s expanding portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your property management experience in a remote setting, allowing you to make a significant impact while enjoying work-life balance. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders using advanced property management software, coordinating with vendors and tenants to ensure timely resolution of issues. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be crucial in maintaining high standards of property upkeep and tenant satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage maintenance work orders from creation to completion using Yardi or Appfolio software
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks across multiple properties
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and tenants, addressing concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the property management system
  • Collaborate with the property management team to improve maintenance processes
  • Analyze maintenance trends to suggest preventative measures and cost-saving strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in property management, specifically in maintenance coordination
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or Appfolio experience preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
