Requirements
We’re looking for a CRO who thrives on hands-on building, experimentation, and growth. This isn’t your traditional executive role; we need someone who’s as excited by the journey from zero to one as they are by seeing tangible results. The ideal CRO is an innovative builder, ready to work side by side with the team and connect directly with customers and prospects in the field.

  • Proven Builder and Growth Leader: You have demonstrated experience in founding, scaling, or growing companies from the ground up.  You’ve led teams, launched products, and driven revenue through your own insights and efforts, fully understanding the steps to sustainable growth.
  • Passionate About the Work: This role isn’t just about strategy for you—you’re driven by a genuine love for building and growing businesses. You’re energized by getting into the details, collaborating closely with teams, and tackling challenges to drive success.
  • Customer-Focused and Field-Oriented: You don’t sit on the sidelines; you’re in the field, engaging directly with customers and prospects to understand their needs. You leverage these real-world insights to shape strategies that resonate and build lasting connections.
  • Innovative Experimenter: You thrive on a mindset of continuous testing, learning, and adapting. You’re not afraid to challenge conventional strategies or make bold moves, believing that growth happens through practical experimentation and refinement. You aren't coming in with a "playbook" - you're excited to learn, test and create one, when the time is right.
The Essential Extras:
  • Collaborative and Team-Focused: You believe leadership means working alongside the team. You’re hands-on and committed to helping your team grow while learning from them in the process.
  • Background in High-Growth Environments: You’ve led revenue-focused teams within high-growth companies (growing >50% YoY, from $10M ARR+), especially startups or new business lines, where scaling quickly and effectively was crucial to success.
  • Founding, Innovating, and Scaling: You’ve either founded a company or played a key role in building and scaling one, taking it from concept to meaningful revenue. This real-life experience has given you a comprehensive understanding of each step of the journey.
  • Customer-First Approach: You prioritize strategies that reflect actual customer needs. Your skills in gathering and acting on customer insights ensure that you’re consistently aligned with and validating what matters most in the market.

Benefits
  • Working for a best-in-class culture, defined by their people and commitment to helping one another succeed
  • You will work directly with their executive leadership team
  • Joining a passionate team of innovators at a rapidly growing startup
  • Their commitments: DEI, humility meets professionalism, no sugar coating
  • Helping to build a company where everyone is heard and collaborates regardless of stature or rank
  • Focusing on actually doing things (and meaningful ones at that!)
