Job Overview: 

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for managing learning projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality completion. You will also play a key role in solution scoping to ensure customer satisfaction and continually lead the evaluation and improvement of course designs and project outcomes. Additionally, you will facilitate training workshops both in-person and online, fostering an engaging learning environment that supports participant success.

Job Description
  • Course Design and Development: Convert knowledge resources into well-designed, learner-centered courses that align with the Academy’s objectives. Develop both blended and fully online courses using evidence-based methods and best practices.
  • Empower Learners: Design courses that empower clients to optimize the use of our products, ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and leads to measurable improvements in learner performance.
  • Solution Scoping: Collaborate with stakeholders and clients during the scoping phase of learning projects to identify goals, define learning outcomes, and ensure the development of effective, customer-centric learning solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage learning projects from start to finish, including planning, development, and delivery. Ensure timelines are adhered to and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitation: Lead and facilitate engaging training workshops both in-person and online. Provide support and guidance to learners, ensuring a positive and interactive learning experience.
  • Course Evaluation and Improvement: Lead the evaluation and assessment of course designs and project outcomes. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders, analyze results, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in course content and delivery methods.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and other members of the learning team to ensure content is accurate, aligned with organizational goals, and meets the needs of the target audience.


Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in creating online learning materials, with a strong focus on instructional design for blended and online courses. Proven ability to design and develop engaging, learner-centered content for a variety of platforms and audiences.
  • E-Learning Tools Proficiency: Strong proficiency in eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Project Management Skills: Proven project management abilities to oversee the full lifecycle of learning projects—from planning and design to development and delivery. Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Ability to effectively convey complex ideas and project updates to diverse audiences, both internal and external.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt training workshops and learning materials for a range of delivery formats (e.g., virtual), while maintaining high learner engagement. Flexibility to pivot and adjust content to meet the needs of different audiences and project requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in both content development and project management, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all learning materials. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during course creation or delivery.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and apply feedback and data to continuously improve course design and delivery. Capable of identifying challenges early and proposing creative solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in instructional design, eLearning development, and learning technologies. Proactive in seeking opportunities for professional growth.
