About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated support representative who will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them understand and utilize our fleet management software solutions. The role starts with six months of dedicated support, after which you will transition into onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience in client relationships, reporting, and data analytics and is eager to grow into a key client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our fleet management software.
- Assist in the coordination of work with our installers and internal teams.
- Ensure clients fully understand the features and benefits of our products to maximize their efficiency.
- Manage reporting and data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Transition into an onboarding role after six months, managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in their fleet management operations.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience of 3+ years in a SaaS-based company (Such as IT, IOT, FINTECH or ITES).
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Experience in reporting, data analytics, or an engineering support background.
- Onboarding New Client & Client Relationship experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with fleet management or telematics software is a plus but not required.
