Administration & Payroll Team Leader

Job Description

You are a part of the Philips People Services Center Europe. PPS is the Human Resources Shared Services organization of Philips. A team of HR professionals delivering HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. PPS delivers cost-effective people services by globalizing processes and simplifying the ways of working, while delivering superior HR experiences by listening and acting on our customers’ feedback.
 

Your role

  • Managing team supporting assigned countries at Philips Shared Service organization

  • Providing leadership for contact center and admin and payroll team, maintaining and monitoring assigned resources including reporting and headcount budgeting

  • Taking care of team performance, KPIs, targets as well as coordinating the team development (performance appraisal, individual development, coaching, trainings)

  • Managing contact center and administration and payroll operations across multiple teams

  • Ensuring policies, procedures and processes meet the requirements of internal control standards (ICS)

  • Ensuring proper design and execution of personnel data management, time management, organization management and payroll processes

  • Aligning with other department heads to deliver consistent HR services

  • Coordinating the cooperation with outsourcing companies (3rd party providers)

You are the right fit if:

  • You have bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.

  • You have minimum 2 years of experience in areas such as Human Resources, Organizational Transformation, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization or Recruiting

  • You are fluent in English (both verbal and written), any additional European language is a strong plus

  • You have proven track of record of leading a team in international work environment

  • You are proficient user of SAP, MS Office, Workday

  • You have process improvement mindset

  • You have a proactive approach, and you can work independently to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
