Minimum 2 years of experience in matrix organization, Skills in supply chain and customer service, Proficient in German and English (B2 or higher), Knowledge of SAP or other ERP and Salesforce is an advantage.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage incoming customer orders and oversee process completion
- Handle quotation processes and prepare documents for customers
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy of order information from suppliers
- Support standardizing documentation within sales support team
