We are looking for a Laboratory Technician that will be passionate about assisting in paint quality control, resolution of problems and conducting all the necessary tests and reports to present our customers with a high-quality product.

We will provide all the vital training, as long as you have a dedicated and driven approach. Experience is not crucial if you are a committed team player .

You will have the unique opportunity to report directly to our Laboratory Manager, be based on our factory in Portugal – Palmela, and cooperate with welcoming colleagues.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct Quality Control tests to paint samples during and after production process.
  • Proceed with Batch adjustment to fit characteristics inside specification.
  • Raw Material analysis and COA evaluation.
  • Develop formulas for Production and MTT system.
  • Evaluate Complaints and present final reports.
  • Prepare experimental paints and test specimens.
  • Keep Lab Equipment database updated and proceed with internal calibration verification if needed.

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • ​​Laboratory Technician degree or equivalent studies
  • Previous experience working in a coating’s laboratory would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
  • Ability to communicate and write in English.
  • Computer skills​
