About the Host Recruiter - Airbnb 

MarketStar is looking for a Host Recruiter to support our AirBnB team. You will be identifying and recruiting hosts for our growing Airbnb business. The perfect candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the Airbnb platform and exceptional networking abilities. Your responsibilities will include researching potential co-hosts, initiating contact, and managing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and have a successful background in recruitment or partnership development, we would love to hear from you 

Location: Utah - Remote

What will you do?   

  • Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties. 

  • Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media. 

  • Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability. 

  • Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process. 

  • Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration. 

  • Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts. 

  • Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts. 

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies. 

  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.    

What Will You Need to Succeed?  

  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership development. 

  • In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its functionalities. 

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

  • Ability to research and identify potential co-hosts effectively. 

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple communications and follow-ups simultaneously. 

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
