About the Role 

Essity Professional Hygiene is looking for a Sales Development Specialist. You’ll be the face of our company for new customers across sectors like Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, Foodservice, and Public Interest. This role gives you the autonomy to build relationships and drive sales while working with a supportive, tech-savvy team. You’ll thrive if you’re self-motivated, enjoy flexibility, and value working in both digital and physical environments. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a real impact on customers and communities.

The ideal candidate should live in the South Florida area as it is the territory for this role.

What You Will Do 

  • Flex Your Sales Skills: Identify new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research, using digital tools to streamline the process.

  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Collaborate with our digital marketing team to create strategies for attracting and closing new business.

  • Leverage Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home and in the field, delivering persuasive pitches and solutions to customers, ensuring our products make a difference.

  • Embrace Digital Tools: Utilize MS Office, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Seismic to provide real-time data and insights that will enhance customer engagements.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with inside sales, regional account managers, and virtual teams to win new business.

  • Grow Your Skills: Receive ongoing training and support as you grow your career in a flexible, hybrid role designed to fit the way you want to work.

Who You Are 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing (relevant experience considered). 

  • 0-2 years of work experience (sales experience is a plus but not required). 

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • Self-motivated, with a passion for technology and working in hybrid environments. 

  • Strong communicator who thrives in both team settings and independent work. 

  • Interested in sustainability and excited by the opportunity to make a real-world impact. 

  • Able to travel up to 40% for client meetings and networking opportunities.

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
