Job description

What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales  Manager at TRACTIAN, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of account executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the given region. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs.

Responsibilities
  • Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Tractian products to confidently provide mentorship for your team.
  • Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline.
  • Coach the team to close business and to navigate complex strategic negotiations and organizations.
  • Actively recruit Account Executives for your team in alignment with Tractian’s hiring criteria.
  • Onboard and ramp new AEs and accelerate their productive capacity.
  • Foster strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
  • Scale, strategically plan, and develop sales territories.

  • Requirements
  • +2 years of sales leadership experience.
  • +4 years of successful quota carrying experience selling within a team on large strategic accounts with a proven track record in revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or proven track record of selling into the Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B account management and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for account analysis and opportunity management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
