Overview:

Position: Product Manager - AI

Salary:  $110 - $130K/yr d.o.e.

Location: Remote OK - If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule

Position Summary:

Do you want to think big and dive deep - explore unconventional ideas and challenge status quo assumptions to unlock new product experiences, while sweating the details to achieve transformative change for a $2 trillion dollar industry. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development & execution of Product Strategy to build an AI-enabled platform for New American Funding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the app meets the needs of our users and aligns with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the use of AI solutions, aligned with the company’s goals and consumer needs.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market and user research to identify trends, opportunities, and user pain points. Translate these insights into actionable product features.
  3. Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business goals, user feedback, and market analysis.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure the successful development and launch of the mobile app.
  5. User Experience: Advocate for best-in-class user experience. Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging app interfaces.
  6. Product Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  7. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, in fintech & AI-driven product development initiatives.
  2. Experience in Mortgage Lending, Personal Loans, Auto Lending will be a plus
  3. 1+ years of AI experience, either in a product management, technology or consulting capacity
  4. 3+ years of experience driving efforts at a large enterprise Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, specifically Large Language Models
  5. Experience in building AI-native technical products in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment is preferred
  6. Experience with Microsoft’s Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio or other Generative AI development solutions is preferred
  7. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  8. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, technologies, and frameworks.
  9. Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to track and measure product performance. Experience with Amplitude will be a plus.
    User-Centric: Deep empathy for users and a commitment to solving their problems.
    Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
